The Pool House Restaurant and Bar is a casual dining restaurant with extensive views across the vineyard and estuary. Dine at the Pool House Restaurant and Bar for lunch or dinner.

The enjoyment and appreciation of fine wine is integral to the Lympstone Manor experience. Both Michael and Co-director Steve Edwards share a passion for wine and the creation of a world class cellar has been a long-standing goal.
