A note for your journey to Lympstone Manor
From 9th September 2026, a short section of the A376 – this is the main road between Exeter Junction 30 and Exmouth; will be closed to through traffic while works are carried out to complete a new roundabout. The works are currently expected to continue until 4th December 2026.
Lympstone Manor will remain accessible throughout this period.
If you are travelling towards us via the A376, please follow the temporary diversion signs from The Saddlers Arms, which will guide you towards the hotel.
Guests travelling from Exmouth will continue to be able to reach Lympstone Manor as usual via Courtlands Lane.
We recommend allowing a little extra time for your journey and following the temporary road and diversion signage as you approach the hotel.
