Our family-friendly rooms are designed to cater to the unique needs of families traveling with children. We can offer interconnecting rooms, Z-beds and cots. A stay in our Shepherd Huts, with stargazing windows above bunk beds for little ones, becomes an exciting adventure.

We offer an appetising children’s menu that features a variety of dishes children will enjoy using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, ensuring that every meal is both healthy and delicious.

Child Friendly Activities

In addition to our family rooms, huts, and children’s menu, we offer a variety of exciting activities onsite. Our Pool House features a beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool alongside a large tennis court and croquet lawn, providing endless entertainment for both adults and children.

Our extensive grounds are natural playing fields for children to enjoy with trails leading to the foreshore where you can collect sea glass, shells or simply enjoy watching the estuary’s native birds.

The hotel is located just a short distance from the beautiful Devon coastline, offering stunning views and a variety of water sports activities and ample opportunity to build sandcastles and take a dip in the sea.

Families can also take a hike along the Jurassic Coast on one of our many scenic walks or visit historic sites and museums in the nearby city of Exeter.
