When the sun is shining, settle down at the Pool House Restaurant and Bar for the day, be as active or as relaxed as you like, and let us take care of your every need. This is possibly the best place in the world – or at least in our world – for a sundowner as the sun drops below the Haldon hills. And should it be raining, you can stay snug inside enjoying our casual dining menu and fine local drinks.
Food in the Pool House Restaurant and Bar may be a little more informal, but it is every bit as delicious. The à la carte menu makes full use of the outstanding South West larder that Michael is so proud of.

Light bites and pool side menu from 12-3pm for all residents and house members.
As a family friendly dining space our kids menu is available also during lunch and dinner.

House Membership
What does a house membership include?
The House Membership at Lympstone Manor is a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy exclusive access to the hotel’s many amenities, as well as a host of other benefits. Whether you’re a regular guest or a first-timer, the house membership allows you to experience the exceptional as often as you’d like.
House Members enjoy perks such as unlimited non-residential access to the hotel’s many facilities. This includes the outdoor heated pool and Pool House as well as the sporting facilities. The perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful Devon countryside, or simply to relax with a coffee in a stunning location. Why not make a day of it and enjoy an afternoon of games on the croquet lawn or tennis court.
Lympstone Manor hosts exclusive events and experiences. House Members are afforded access to tickets at least seven days in advance of general release. As well as early event information House Members are invited to check in to the hotel an hour early (2pm) and check out an hour late (12pm) for overnight stays.
Room reservations made by and for House Members are subject to a discount of 15% on bed and breakfast rates. Providing that House Members are present for the duration of the stay, this discount may be used for group bookings of up to three rooms of single or double occupancy.
House Members will also benefit from 10% off their food and beverage spend throughout the hotel including the Pool House Restaurant & Bar.

Two tickets will be given complimentary for the house member and their guest x 1 to join us for the annual Christmas Carols as well as our Annual Pool Party.
Lead Members enjoy a complimentary bottle of Michael Caines Blanc de Blanc Champagne on their birthday as a gift from Lympstone Manor. This must be consumed on the premises and will only remain valid for up to one month from the date it is presented. Named members are not entitled to this benefit.

Group Bookings, Parties and Exclusive Use of The Pool House Restaurant
If you are looking for the perfect location to host a special occasion, from birthdays, anniversaries to your work Christmas parties the Pool House offers a fun, relaxed and contemporary environment.
Dine with us at lunch, dinner or hire exclusively for your party. Exclusive use will also give you access to the leisure facilities as well as your choice of music from our inhouse sound system to your favourite band.
The Pool House is licensed for civil ceremonies and weddings or can be the perfect location for your post wedding breakfast party.
