As you would expect, our menus are subject to change on a regular basis as our team in the kitchen source ingredients that is fresh, quality local and seasonal produce. Lunch is served between 12 noon and 2.00pm Monday to Thursday and 12 noon to 2.30pm Friday to Sunday serving our lunch menu, Michael’s eight course Signature menu or à la carte menu
Dinner is served between 7.00pm and 9.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00pm to 9.30pm Friday to Sunday serving the Taste of the Estuary menu, à la carte menu or eight course Signature Menu.
Dietary requirements and allergies: We offer a vegetarian tasting menu and vegetarian options across our à la carte and set lunch menus. Let us know your dietary requirement or allergy upon reservation so that the brigade in the kitchen can prepare in advance. We cater for all requirements and can specially prepare items such as gluten free bread with advance notice.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all restaurant bills.
