On Thursday 11th December 2025, guests will arrive at 6.30pm to a warm welcome featuring a flute of Champagne and canapés. The evening unfolds with a five-course tasting menu, each dish personally introduced by Michael himself. This intimate dining experience provides a unique opportunity to engage with Michael as he shares the stories behind each creation, offering insights into his culinary inspirations and techniques.
To complement the exquisite cuisine, wine expert Steve Edwards will present a selection of paired wines from Lympstone Manor’s renowned 600-bin cellar. The evening concludes with coffee and petits fours, to close this memorable night.
