NEW YEAR’S EVE
Our New Year’s Eve Dinner will be a black tie evening will commence at 6.00pm with Champagne and live music before taking your seats for the evening ahead. Our team have crafted a eight-course tasting menu with a matched wine flight selected by our Sommeliers.
The evening dinner will be followed with live music as the clock strikes 12, our fireworks display will light up the night sky to see in the New Year.

NEW YEAR’S DAY
On New Year’s Day morning, take to the fresh air and join us for a guided walk along the Exe Estuary with one of our knowledgeable guides before another gastronomic delight with our A la carte menu.
Take a stroll around the grounds of Lympstone Manor or join our guided walk for an excursion along the coastline and River Exe with one of our local guides, don’t forget to bring your binoculars and keep a keen eye out for the birds of the estuary many of whom migrate the Exe over winter
Spend the rest of the day at your leisure warming by the fire in the lounge or exploring the local area
Unwind in the evening with our à la carte dinner
