The AA rating system began in 1955 and has remained one of the most well-respected and comprehensive guides across the UK, describing itself as “The pinnacle where cooking compares with the best in the world. These restaurants have highly individual voices, exhibit breathtaking culinary skills and set standards to which others aspire, yet few achieve.”
Lympstone Manor is the only establishment in the South West that holds this prestigious accolade, and only 16 other venues across the UK have attained 5 AA Rosettes this year.
Michael is immensely proud of this brilliant achievement, saying:
