For those looking to spend an overnight stay with their four-legged friends in Devon, we offer luxury dog-friendly hotel accommodation in the form of two dog-friendly suites as well as our six Shepherd Huts.
Our grounds are the perfect place to take them for a morning stroll or evening wander – the Lady’s Walk, dating back to the Georgian period, has access to the Exe Estuary Trail meaning you and your pet pooch can explore further while searching for that paw-fect stick to chase!
Whilst we ask that dogs do not come into the main house, they are welcome on our public terraces and throughout the grounds as well as at our Pool House Restaurant.
In each dog-friendly room, we provide a dog bed, towel, torch and dog bowl.

LOCAL DOG WALKS
For longer walks and adventures, Exmouth Beach is located a short distance from the hotel with parts of the beach being dog-friendly all year round. During the winter months, the dogs are welcome to play along the entire beach that stretches across 2 miles of golden sands.
Turn right out of the Exe estuary cycle path and you will find you and your pooch discovering the estuary fishing villages of Lympstone and Topsham. Walk a little further on and explore the Quayside of Exeter. Or why not take your pet on a train journey, with a station in nearby Lympstone connecting with Exeter and Exmouth.
Woodbury Common is particularly popular with our dog walking explorers. Away from the car parks and roads, there are many acres of open land that dogs can explore with their owners.
