Katie strongly believes in a healthy, holistic and s-l-o-w-e-r approach to life, even more since finding out she has ADHD at the tender age of 45 and all her experience supports her genuine warmth and compassion contributing to her coaching / workshop style.

Katie runs very successful Ladies Night Out Events bringing together the local community and encouraging personal and professional networking and collaboration – mostly while wearing sequins!

Jemma Adair – Registered Nutritional Therapist

Jemma is a registered Nutritional Therapist and her interest in nutrition started with a natural curiosity to improve her own health and feel better. Jemma suffered with acne for many years which impacted her confidence and self-esteem, as well as experiencing tiredness, bloating and digestive discomfort.  With a busy and hectic London lifestyle, she was always looking for quick fixes and after trying all the various treatments and lotions, realised she needed to focus her attention on what she was putting in her body. Working on her gut health had such a positive impact and sparked an enthusiasm to learn more.

Jemma studied for 4 years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), during which time she also had her two children and started applying all her learnings to everyday family life. Through her professional and personal experiences, Jemma is passionate about helping women with their hormonal health and supporting them with the transition into menopause.

In clinic Jemma offers one-to-one consultations, online or in person, to gain a comprehensive insight into your health history and assess your potential nutritional imbalances. She follows a functional medicine approach offering evidence-based nutritional advice to create a unique and manageable nutrition & lifestyle programme tailored just for you to support your health goals.
