As dusk settles over the Lympstone Manor Estate, join local Countryside Manager James Chubb for an atmospheric Dusk Nature Walk exploring the wildlife on the Exe estuary. As nature settles into its evening rhythm, listen and watch for tawny and barn owls, and keep an eye out for badgers as evening falls. As bats appear on their nocturnal flights along the estuary, a selection of digital detectors will transpose and reveal their amazing ultrasonic world! The experience continues with a three-course dinner in the Pool House restaurant, including a glass of Lympstone Manor Estate Classic Cuvée.
Designed for novice to intermediate nature lovers, the walk offers practical guidance on identifying wildlife, alongside engaging insights into the habitats, seasonality and how wildlife adapts and comes alive during the dusk hours.
Following the walk, relax and reflect over dinner in our Pool House restaurant, accompanied by a glass of Lympstone Manor Estate Classic Cuvée and a glass of wine or non-alcoholic alternative.
