By popular demand, we welcome back renowned Watercolour artist, Rachel Toll. Rachel will be hosting three masterclasses this year, each around a different subject. This workshop will explore the delicate art of painting watercolour skies and the soft glow of the winter sun.

We’re celebrating Chinese New Year at The Pool House Restaurant with a special evening of themed dishes and perfectly paired wines. Our celebration will take place on Wednesday 18th February.

We are delighted to host this Sculpture and Poetry Walk with Carol Peace. Carol not only makes sculpture she writes short poems that run alongside the work, this event is an opportunity to get inside the head of her version of the work, what she is trying to do and why she is so passionate about making sculpture.

This event will be hosted by Damon Little from Liberty Wines who has selected a very interesting range of wines that are not produced from mainstream grape varietals but considered to be emerging future stars within the wine industry at large. Four course dinner with accompanying wines plus drinks on arrival.

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a guided morning exploring one of Europe’s most important wetlands. Join local Countryside Manager, James Chubb, for an immersive birdwatching walk along the Exe Estuary, followed by lunch in the Pool House Restaurant.
