Enjoy private dining in the fine dining rooms of Lympstone Manor for your celebration and indulge in Michelin star cuisine by Michael Caines. Our dedicated Events Co-ordinator will help organise and arrange your personalised event or special occasion.
In addition, we take exclusive use bookings for our Pool House Restaurant. If you are looking for the perfect location to host a special occasion, from birthdays, anniversaries to your work Christmas parties the Pool House offers a fun, relaxed and contemporary environment. Our dining rooms
Berryhead is the largest of all three dining rooms. Our stunning chandelier reflects off the mirror wall and our soft blue furnishings brings the colours of the estuary inside, giving the room a bright, airy and relaxed feel. Great for larger groups, Berryhead can sit up to 46 guests across 6 round tables.
Mamhead provides the perfect space for an array of different occasions. Whether it be a small family gathering or a corporate business lunch, you can enjoy your sit-down meal in the privacy of your own dining room. Up to 18 guests can be seated across 3 tables or up to 14 guests on one board room table.
The Pool House Restaurant offers a fun, relaxed and contemporary environment. Great for larger groups and informal parties. Exclusive use will also give you access to the leisure facilities as well as your choice of music from our inhouse sound system to live music from your favourite band. The Pool House can sit up to 40 guests and an informal party we can accommodate up to 70 guests.

Our dining rooms are perfect for hosting for your exclusive business breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We can offer a variety of options and formats to cover your event needs. Our cellar currently has over 600 bins representing some of the finest wine estates around the world. A changing selection of 24 exceptional wines are available by the glass using our state-of-the-art Wine Emotion dispense system which keeps wines in perfect condition and temperature. Our team of in-house Sommeliers are on hand to help with the perfect selection to compliment your chosen menu.
