An afternoon of laser clay shooting, a four course dinner with accompanying wines plus drinks on arrival, canapés, coffee and petit fours.
As autumn settles over the Exe Estuary and the grounds of Lympstone Manor take on their rich seasonal colours, join us for an afternoon and evening celebrating two great countryside traditions: sport and exceptional food.
Game for Wine and Dine begins out on the estate, where guests will test their aim with an afternoon of laser clay shooting against the beautiful backdrop of the Manor and its surrounding countryside. Friendly, relaxed and suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced shots, it is the perfect way to work up an appetite before the evening ahead.
As daylight begins to fade, the experience moves indoors to our Michelin-starred Restaurant, where a glass of Champagne and canapés mark the start of a very different kind of indulgence. Head Chef Jordan Denning will then take guests through a four-course menu inspired by the game and produce of the season, with each dish accompanied by carefully selected wines.
From the first shot of the afternoon to the final petits fours of the evening, expect a wonderfully sociable celebration of autumn at Lympstone Manor – bringing together countryside pursuits, seasonal cooking, great wine and generous hospitality.
Guests are invited to arrive from 3.00pm for an afternoon of laser clay shooting set within the beautiful grounds of the estate, before heading to the Michelin-starred Restaurant to relax for our Game Wine Dinner.
