Lympstone Manor is home to a diverse team of hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. The team is led by Chef Owner Michael Caines MBE, who has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Alongside him is General Manager Alex McEwen, who oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Together, they have created a welcoming and inclusive environment where every team member is valued and supported.
