Wheatear, Fieldfare and Little Grebe are our Deluxe Garden View rooms, a little larger than the classic rooms, situated at the front of the house and overlooking the front entrance fountain and maincured lawn.
Deluxe Garden View rooms are ideal for short breaks while two rooms can be interconnected for families or friends to share.

Our Fieldfare Deluxe room is situated at the front of the house overlooking the front entrance fountain and manicured lawn. Fieldfare is ideal for short breaks. Two Deluxe Garden View rooms can be interconnected for families or friends to share.
Our Little Grebe Deluxe room is situated at the front of the house and ideal for short breaks or booked with the adjacent room which can be interconnected for families or friends to share.
We have been informed that from Monday 28th August – 4th December 2023, Courtlands Lane will be closed for essential gas works.
This is likely to affect travel in the area and will require all guests arriving by car to access the manor by the Lympstone Village direction and follow the redirect signage.
