‘Flight’ Watercolour Workshop and Lunch with Rachel Toll

Inspired by the birds of the estuary, this watercolour workshop will guide you through the graceful art of capturing movement, light, and life in watercolour. Lunch will be held in our Pool House Restaurant and Rachel will be joining the table to discuss the mornings activities.

Celebrate the beauty, tradition and flavours of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with an unforgettable evening. Inspired by these traditions, Michael and his team have created a Mexican-inspired four-course menu, celebrating seasonal ingredient and the flavours of this this much-loved cuisine.
