Under the Tuscan Sun: A Tuscan Wine Dinner
A Four course dinner with accompanying wines plus drinks on arrival, canapés, coffee and petit fours.
Join us for an evening in the Pool House Restaurant celebrating the wines and flavours of Tuscany, hosted by food and wine travel writer Marc Millon, author of Italy in a Bottle.
Tuscany is renowned for its simple yet deeply expressive cuisine, where exceptional ingredients and time-honoured traditions come together at the table. From rustic antipasti and handmade pasta to slow-cooked meats and fragrant herbs, Tuscan cooking reflects the landscape and culture of the region, pairing beautifully with the elegant, characterful wines produced across its famous vineyards.
Michael and his team have created a Tuscany-inspired four-course menu, celebrating the rustic elegance and seasonal ingredients of this much-loved cuisine. Each course will be paired with a selection of Tuscan wines, carefully chosen to complement the dishes and showcase the distinctive character of the region’s vineyards.
The evening will be hosted by Marc Millon, acclaimed food and wine travel writer and author of Italy in a Bottle. With a deep passion for Italian wines, Marc will guide guests through the evening’s wines, sharing stories, insights and expertise from his travels through Italy’s renowned wine regions.
The evening will commence at 7.00pm with canapés and arrival fizz, before guests take their seats in the Pool House Restaurant to enjoy a relaxed and immersive celebration of Tuscan food and wine.
