During the school holidays in 2025, we are offering a promotion that allows children to stay for free in our Shepherd Huts, on a bed and breakfast stay.
The Shepherd Hut’s offer charming, cosy accommodation that’s perfect for families looking for a fun way to spend their time together. The huts are fitted with all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds, boutique bathrooms, open plan kitchenette and a wood-burning stove that keeps the hut warm and toasty.
Not only do the Shepherd Hut’s offer a unique and memorable experience, they are also located in a beautiful and serene location within the Lympstone Manor Hotel grounds based in Devon, that is perfect for exploring as a family. From hiking and biking to theme parks and horse riding, there are plenty of family-friendly activities to keep the whole family entertained.

A Family Pass to Crealy Theme Park & Resort – one of Devon’s most popular attractions ensuring a full day of thrills for all ages.
With over 60 rides and attractions – offering a wide selection of outdoor rides and attractions, plus huge indoor soft & adventure play areas, there is something to do for the whole family, whatever the weather. Crealy Spook-Fest Tickets are available for visits between 25th October – 31st October.
A Family Cruise with Exmouth based Stuart Line Cruises
A choice of a river or sea cruise to suit your family.
The Riverside Cruise is a one-hour scenic trip and the best way to see the stunning scenery, wildlife and nature of the nationally renowned Exe Estuary. Ideal for families with younger children. Alternatively book the Longer Riverside Cruise (2 hours 15 mins – not suitable younger children) which travels past Powderham Castle, Lympstone, Starcross and Turf Lock, before pausing at Topsham Quay to begin the return journey home.
Jurassic Coast Cruise (2-3 hours) – There’s no better way to see England’s only natural UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Jurassic Coast, than with a tour from the water. This circular cruise departs from Exmouth Marina and sails along the oldest section of the Site, known as the Triassic Era, with a commentary along the route (This cruise is available until 29th October due to the winter timetable).

Terms and Conditions
Applicable for stays during the February half term from 7th to 23rd February 2025; Easter holidays from 4th to 27th April 2025; May half term from 23rd May to 1st Jun 2025; Summer Holidays from 19th July to 31st August; and October half term from 25th October to 2nd November; Christmas holidays 15th – 22nd, 27th – 29th December.
Applies to bed and breakfast breaks in Shepherd Huts only. Family Pass choice is subject to availability, and the opening dates for each of the attractions.
The offer applies to children aged up to 12; and one child goes free per adult.
