Join Michael for a very special and personal evening to celebrate with him our Lympstone Manor Estate wines.
Michael has developed a fabulous menu using the best local produce to perfectly complement the exceptional flight of award winning wines produced from the Lympstone Manor Estate vineyard.
Michael will be personally introducing each of his dishes and their inspiration alongside Operations Director and Vineyard Manager Steve Edwards, who will guide you through the wines and spirits from the estate and how they have been expertly blended and vinified to achieve a swathe of awards.
Each of our wines, Classic Cuvée, Isabeau Rosé, Edwards Chardonnay and Triassic Pinot Noir will be featured. These wines are readily available at the Hotel and Estate website, and most have won awards at some of the most prestigious competitions including the International Wine Challenge, the London Wine Competition and the International Wine & Spirits Competition. We will also be including the Lympstone Manor Estate Gin and Eau de Vie de Marc within the menu which have been specially designed and created from an exceptional grape distillation after our harvest.
Our wines are created in partnership with Lyme Bay Winery and, to celebrate this partnership, we will be showcasing one of their own wines for the dessert course.
The evening will commence at 7.00pm with canapés and an arrival drink, taking seats at 7.30pm in the Berry Head restaurant for an evening of fine wines, delicious food and great conversation.
