Michael’s cuisine sits at the heart of Lympstone Manor
Michael Caines is one of the UK’s best loved and most exciting chefs, so dining at Lympstone Manor is always an exceptional experience in every way, whether in the beautiful dining rooms of the Grade II listed Georgian Manor where our fabulous team create and serve Michael’s Michelin-star cuisine, or in the more informal Pool House Restaurant and Bar.
“After love there is only cuisine”
Fine Dining
Lympstone Manor is the personal creation and vision of Michael Caines, chef/patron and one of Britain’s most celebrated and influential chefs. It is here in the splendour of the three dining rooms of the Manor that he is able to fully express his vision of modern British cuisine.
Casual Dining
Food in the Pool House Restaurant and Bar may be a little more informal, but it is every bit as delicious. The à la carte menu makes full use of the outstanding South West larder that Michael is so proud of and there are lunch and evening seasonal 3-course menu options, too.
Menus
Michael has long championed the outstanding larder of Southwest England. It is Michael’s brilliant creativity allied with his global taste and vision that allows him to transform the seasonal and regional into dishes of rare precision, focus and flavour. As you would expect, our menus are subject to change on a regular basis. Our team in the kitchen source ingredients that are fresh, quality, local and seasonal produce.
