Before or after your Pool House dining experience, take the time to walk our grounds and enjoy the Sculpture Walk that winds through the estate featuring works by local and prominent artists.

Our à la carte menu, available at lunch and dinner, celebrates the finest ingredients from the South West, carefully curated by Michael Caines and his team. Expect our Pool House Signature dishes plus delicious and ever-changing seasonal dishes crafted by our team, showcasing the best local seafood, farm-fresh produce, and expertly prepared meats.

If arriving by car, please park in the main car park. There is a short walk following the gravel path to the Pool House. For anyone requiring assistance, please head to the main hotel reception where a golf buggy will be available to drive you.
If you are using public transport, take the Exeter to Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone Village and it’s a 15-minute walk to Lympstone Manor. The local buses stop on the Exeter Road which is a short walk to Lympstone Manor.
The Pool House Restaurant is also accessible via the Exe Estuary Trail if you are cycling or walking.

There is also the option to hire the Pool House Restaurant and the outdoor leisure facilities combined for your own Poolside Party.

House Membership
What does a house membership include?
The House Membership at Lympstone Manor is a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy exclusive access to the hotel’s many amenities, as well as a host of other benefits. Whether you’re a regular guest or a first-timer, the house membership allows you to experience the exceptional as often as you’d like.
House Members enjoy perks such as unlimited non-residential access to the hotel’s many facilities. This includes the outdoor heated pool and Pool House as well as the sporting facilities. The perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful Devon countryside, or simply to relax with a coffee in a stunning location. Why not make a day of it and enjoy an afternoon of games on the croquet lawn or tennis court.
Lympstone Manor hosts exclusive events and experiences. House Members are afforded access to tickets at least seven days in advance of general release. As well as early event information House Members are invited to check in to the hotel an hour early (2pm) and check out an hour late (12pm) for overnight stays.
Room reservations made by and for House Members are subject to a discount of 15% on bed and breakfast rates. Providing that House Members are present for the duration of the stay, this discount may be used for group bookings of up to three rooms of single or double occupancy.
House Members will also benefit from 10% off their food and beverage spend throughout the hotel including the Pool House Restaurant & Bar.

Two tickets will be given complimentary for the house member and their guest x 1 to join us for the annual Christmas Carols as well as our Annual Pool Party.
Lead Members enjoy a complimentary bottle of Michael Caines Blanc de Blanc Champagne on their birthday as a gift from Lympstone Manor. This must be consumed on the premises and will only remain valid for up to one month from the date it is presented. Named members are not entitled to this benefit.
