We are delighted to announce that Lympstone Manor Hotel, Restaurant and Vineyard has once again retained its coveted Michelin Star, a recognition we first received in 2017 just six months after opening. This prestigious honour reflects the unwavering dedication, and passion of our entire team, as well as the meticulous standards upheld by the Michelin inspectors. It’s truly humbling to achieve this acknowledgement for the consistent quality of our cuisine and service.
I’d like to thank my front of house team, the kitchen brigade and Head Chef, Jordan Denning. Hospitality is one of the most demanding industries, and in today’s world, maintaining high standards has become even more challenging. Yet, we remain committed to ensuring that every plate served reflects our shared passion my vision for cuisine de terroir.
