Four course dinner with accompanying wines plus drinks on arrival, canapes, coffee and petit fours
Join us in the Pool House Restaurant for an atmospheric evening inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Morocco, where spice, warmth and generosity sit at the heart of the table.
Moroccan cuisine is a vibrant tapestry of flavour, aroma and tradition, shaped by centuries of cultural exchange and coastal abundance. From simply grilled sardines enjoyed by the sea to fragrant seafood dishes infused with saffron and warming spices, the food is both generous and deeply expressive. Slow-cooked tagines capture the essence of Moroccan hospitality with tender meats or vegetables gently simmered with sweet dried fruits, toasted nuts and aromatic blends of cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Desserts such as delicate Jawhara, with its layers of crisp pastry, nuts and perfumed custard, bring a subtle sweetness.
Michael and his team have created a vibrant Moroccan-inspired menu that celebrates the warmth, spice and generosity of this much-loved cuisine. Each course is complemented by a flight of wines, carefully selected by Damon Little of Liberty Wines. Showcasing a range of wonderful wines from across several countries, the pairings have been thoughtfully chosen to demonstrate how different regions and grape varieties can harmonise beautifully with the rich, fragrant character of Moroccan cooking.
The evening will commence at 7.00pm with canapés and arrival fizz, before guests take their seats in the Pool House Restaurant to enjoy a relaxed and convivial celebration of food and wine.
We look forward to welcoming you to Lympstone Manor for a wonderful and flavour-filled evening.
