For those who are interested in food and wine from Spain, we are to host a dinner here at Lympstone Manor in our Pool House Restaurant with a selection of special dishes and wines that cover a range of regions and wine styles from some of the most interesting producers in Spain.
The dinner will be hosted by Damon Little from Liberty Wines, who will introduce a small selection of stunning wines paired with Michael’s Spanish influenced menu which showcases the great diversity of wine styles and the quality that this country has to offer. Damon will take you on a vinous tour of some of the different Spanish wine regions which have steadily gained more recognition over the last decade for their ever increasing quality and varietal selection, it’s not just about the Rioja and Sherry!
The evening will commence at 7.00pm with canapés and an arrival drink, taking seats at 7.30pm in the in the Pool House dining area for a fun evening of food and wine.
