For a truly exceptional experience, Lympstone Manor can be hired exclusively for your special day whether a wedding or to celebrate special occasions and events. This exclusive and very special place can be yours alone to enjoy with family, friends or alternatively for those hosting corporate events.  From 3pm on the day of check in to 11am the day of departure, all of our 21 luxury bedrooms, three dining rooms, bar, lounge, terrace and gardens are at your full disposal, to be enjoyed by you and your guests.

Exclusively yours for all occasions

For all other occasion, from family celebrations, to corporate away days, the house can be exclusively yours to enjoy. With extensive parkland and an excellent location, we can organise an array of activities, from water sports to clay pigeon shooting, corporate team building to wellbeing retreats.

Ceremonies

Exchange your vows in the bay window of our Berryhead dining room, along with up to 60 guests or alternatively, surrounded by your closest friends and family, Mamhead makes for the perfect setting for a small, relaxed celebration with up to 25 guests, overlooking the gardens and out over the Exe Estuary. Trusting in the British Summer time weather, our terrace makes for the most picturesque backdrop for your al fresco ceremony.

After the ceremony, take the opportunity to enjoy a champagne reception in one of our lounges or if the weather allows, out on our terrace. Our large estate provides numerous picturesque locations, both inside the hotel and out in the grounds, perfect for capturing beautiful photos of the newlyweds.

The Wedding Breakfast

Following on from your ceremony, sit down to enjoy your first meal as a married couple along with your friends and family. Depending on the size of your wedding party. Your breakfast can take place in either one of our beautiful fine dining rooms, or a marquee.

The wedding breakfast is a time to celebrate your recent nuptials and can be held in either of the beautiful fine dining rooms, Berryhead or Mamhead, or for larger parties, your marquee.

Our Events Co-ordinator, Lauren, will be on hand to help organise every element of your special day, from table plans, to name cards and centre pieces.

For a truly exceptional gourmet experience, create your own bespoke set three course menu or indulge in Michaels Signature tasting eight course menu, With a team of experienced sommeliers and a cellar of over 600 bins representing some of the finest wine estates around the world, we can help you select the finest wines to match your chosen menu.

Entertainment and Marquees

For those looking for a bigger celebration, a marquee can be erected on the grounds as an extension to the house, providing a perfect amount of additional space for up to 300 guests to host either a dinner and dance, a wedding reception or large dining event. We are able to source marquees with clear span walls, allowing our stunning view of the Exe estuary to be the perfect backdrop to your evening.
