With a plant-based focus for this supper club, we will be celebrating mushrooms! Scott Marshall from Forest Fungi will be our host and a fabulous fungi inspired menu has been created by Michael and his kitchen team.

Forest Fungi are about all things mushroom and the business was born 11 years ago in a small farm shop on the edge of Dawlish. Initially with just one mushroom “growing room” there are now six with a new large dining space and shop. Scott and his team at Forest Fungi produce over 1.5 tonnes of gourmet mushrooms every week!

Our host Scott is very passionate about his product and the delicious fungi inspired menu will showcase this wonderful ingredient and some very carefully selected wines have been chosen to complement each dish.

In addition to celebrating all things fungi, we are supporting Earth Day this year. It is an annual event held in order to demonstrate support for the environment which started in April 1970 and now includes a wide range of events held globally in more than 193 countries. We are delighted to have Scott Marshall from Forest Fungi to host our event in support of this great cause.

The evening will commence at 7.00pm with canapés and an arrival drink, taking seats at 7.30pm in the in the Pool House dining area for a fun evening of fine wines and delicious food.
